SanDisk Corp. fell after the company on Wednesday forecast first-quarter revenue that fell short of analysts’ estimates and said it was losing a major customer.

The Milpitas, California-based company, which makes data-storage chips for mobile devices, declined 1.9 percent to $78.90 at the close in New York.
