Sony Unveils Ultra HD Action Cam to Take on GoPro

Sony Corp. unveiled an ultra high definition action camera as it challenges GoPro Inc. in the market for filming extreme sports and offers a broader range of products using 4K video.
A new camcorder and television that is thinner than its Xperia smartphones were among other 4K products unveiled at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. The format has a resolution of about four times that of high-definition models.
