European Stocks Close Little Changed as Miners Offset Bank Drop

European stocks closed little changed, erasing earlier losses, as gains in commodity producers and energy companies offset a decline in banks.
Total SA and Royal Dutch Shell Plc pushed a gauge of oil-and-gas companies ahead, while Rio Tinto Group led increases among miners. The Stoxx Europe 600 Index added 0.1 percent to
