Huawei Technologies Co. will use high-quality, mid-priced devices and online distribution as it targets to capture the top spot in China’s smartphone market within three years.
The Honor line of phones introduced this year is aimed at young consumers with a focus on online marketing, sales and service, Jeff Liu, president of Huawei’s Honor line, said in an interview in Beijing. He was speaking ahead of the unveiling today of the Honor 6 Plus, the latest device in the series.
