Billionaire Khosla Must Allow Beach Access, Lawyer Says

Billionaire Vinod Khosla, the Sun Microsystems Inc. co-founder who lost his bid to block the public from using a Northern California beach, was ordered to allow people to access it through his oceanfront lot, a lawyer said.
Eric Buescher, a lawyer for surfers and others who sued Khosla after he cut off the route to the beach through his property, said state judge Barbara Mallach issued an order yesterday requiring that a gate be opened to allow access.
