Poland’s manufacturing expansion expanded to its highest level in six months on increased output, while stocks declined, suggesting a further boost to production in the coming months, HSBC Holdings Plc said.

The purchasing managers’ index, a gauge of manufacturing, rose to 51.2 in October, from 49.5 in September, HSBC Holdings said today, citing data compiled by Markit Economics. It beat the median estimate of 18 economists surveyed by Bloomberg of 50, the barrier between expansion and contraction.
