Harley-Davidson Inc., the biggest U.S. motorcycle maker, rose the most in almost two years after reporting third-quarter profit that topped analysts’ estimates amid an increase in retail sales.

Harley advanced 7.3 percent to $62.65 at the close in New York, for the biggest jump since since Oct. 23, 2012. That left the company’s decline for the year at 9.5 percent.
