NewOak Hires Axios’s Triet Nguyen to Lead Muni, Company Research

NewOak Capital LLC is bringing in Triet Nguyen from Axios Advisors to help lead research on municipal and corporate debt, the company said.
Nguyen, author of the 2012 book “Investing in the High Yield Municipal Market,” will work in New York as a managing director, spokeswoman Marisa D’Vari said in an e-mail. NewOak, a financial advisory and consulting firm, serves clients including insurance companies, law firms and hedge funds, according to its website.
