Ukraine Grain Exports Exceed Last Year With China Sought

Ukraine’s grain exports are exceeding last year’s shipments with new buyers sought from China to the Middle East.
Wheat shipments were 9.3 million metric tons since July 1 to today and corn exports were 20 million tons over the same period, the Agriculture Ministry said in a statement today. A year earlier through June 21, the pace was 6.8 million tons for wheat and 13.4 million tons for corn. Grain exports were 32.1 million tons for this year through today.
