U.K. Prime Minister David Cameron promoted a Treasury minister, Sajid Javid, to the cabinet after Culture Secretary Maria Miller resigned over an expenses probe. It leaves Cameron with just three female cabinet members.

Cameron announced the move on his Twitter feed today. He promoted Nicky Morgan within the Treasury to replace Javid, 44, as financial secretary. Morgan will take over Miller’s role as minister for women and will be entitled to attend cabinet meetings, though she won’t be a member.
