Governor Lars Rohde said Denmark’s central bank hasn’t changed its management of the krone’s peg to the euro after some economists said the lender has begun to tolerate a weaker currency during his 14-month tenure.

“It’s my perception that the regime is well-understood by the market,” Rohde said in an interview yesterday, after speaking at the Danish Mortgage Bankers’ Federation’s annual meeting in Copenhagen.
