Jan. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Governor Chris Christie had the bestday he’s going to have for a long time on Jan. 9. He had twohours to give his side of the lane closings on the GeorgeWashington Bridge that gridlocked Fort Lee, New Jersey, for fourdays in September.

With his usual bluster, he described all the ways that hehadn’t been involved in the closing.
