Pound Advances Against Dollar, Strengthening 0.2% to $1.6032

The pound advanced against the dollar, strengthening 0.2 percent to $1.6032 as of 11:33 a.m. London time.

It was little changed at 80.49 pence per euro after earlier gaining as much as 0.3 percent to 80.23 pence.
