Finavera in ‘Advanced’ Discussions With Four Potential Buyers

Finavera Wind Energy Inc. (FVR), a Vancouver-based wind-farm developer, said it’s in talks with four potential bidders and initial offers are expected soon.

In addition, a “number of new entrants” have signed non- disclosure agreements and are reviewing the company’s financials, Finavera Wind said in a statement today.

The company rose 40 percent on Oct. 1 after annoucing it was in talks with three potential buyers and had hired Capital West Partners LLC to review offers.
