Nordgold Official Offer for High River Gold Is ‘Fair’

Nordgold NV’s official offer for High River Gold Mines Ltd. (HRG) will be made “soon,” definitely by the year-end, and is “fair,” Chief Executive Officer Nikolay Zelensky told reporters in Moscow.
