Euro Advances Versus Dollar as German Court Rules on ESM

The euro advanced against the dollar after Germany’s top constitutional court cleared the way for ratification of the European Stability Mechanism.

The 17-nation shared currency advanced 0.3 percent to $1.2897 as of 9:21 a.m. London time.
