The University of Arkansas dropped out of the Associated Press college football poll following the Razorbacks’ overtime loss to unranked Louisiana-Monroe.
The team’s fall from the No. 8 spot to outside the top 25-ranked U.S. college football teams marks the second-biggest drop in the poll’s history. The University of Michigan dropped from the No. 5 spot to out of the poll following the Wolverines’ opening-week loss to Appalachian State in 2007.
