Saudi Court Tries 22 Suspected Al-Qaeda Members, Arab News Says

A Saudi Arabian court began the trial yesterday of 22 suspected al-Qaeda militants accused of planning, financing and recruiting for terrorist attacks, Arab News reported, citing the court proceedings.

Twenty-one Saudis and a Bahraini citizen are being tried at a special criminal court, the Jeddah-based newspaper reported.
