Gold and Silver Futures Advance, Rebounding From Weekly Decline

Gold for April delivery climbed as much as 0.3 percent to $1,660 an ounce on the Comex in New York, and traded at $1,659.40 an ounce by 6:02 a.m. Singapore time. The metal dropped 3.3 percent last week. Cash metal was little changed at $1,659.40 an ounce.

May-delivery silver was little changed at $32.565 an ounce, after declining 4.7 percent last week, the worst weekly performance this year. Spot metal was also little changed at $32.56 an ounce.
