Dutch authorities will cull 42,700 fowl today after a variant of the H5 avian influenza was found at a turkey farm in Kelpen-Oler in Limburg, the Netherlands.

Authorities are investigating whether the strain is low or highly pathogenic, the government said in a statementBloomberg Terminal last night.
