DLA Piper Hires Insurance Attorney William Marcoux From Dewey

DLA Piper LLP hired William C. Marcoux, a partner at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, as the firm expands its insurance industry practice.

Marcoux, 55, formerly the co-head of Dewey’s insurance sector group and a member of its executive committee, has 30 years of experience in complex global insurance industry transactions, DLA Piper said in a statement. He will join DLA Piper as a partner, and as the head of its insurance sector transactions and regulation practice.
