Promsvyazbank Owners to Buy Commerzbank’s Stake, Vedomosti Says

ZAO Promsvyazbank (PRSB)’s largest shareholders, Alexei and Dmitry Ananyev, plan to buy an additional 14.4 percent stake from Commerzbank AG (CBK) by June, Vedomosti reported, citing the Russian lender’s president Artem Konstandian.
Alexei and Dmitry Ananyev hold 73.9 percent of the bank currently, Vedomosti reported. Commerzbank will raise around 150 million euros ($194.2 million) from the sale of its Promsvyazbank stake, the German bank’s Chief Financial Officer Eric Strutz said Jan. 19.
