Italy Court Rejects Samsung Bid to Block iPhone 4S Sales: Ansa

A Milan court rejected a request by Samsung Electronics Co. to halt sales of Apple Inc. (AAPL)’s iPhone 4S in Italy, news agency Ansa reported, citing a ruling deposited today by Judge Marina Tavassi. Samsung sought the ban of Apple’s latest handset, claiming the product infringed the South Korean company’s patents related to wireless communications technology.
