Indonesia’s inflation slowed for a fourth straight month in December to the lowest level since March 2010, an easing that may give the central bank scope to cut interest rates further.

Consumer prices rose 3.79 percent from a year earlier in December, the Central Bureau of Statistics said in Jakarta today. That compares with the 3.86 percent median estimate of 14 economists surveyed by Bloomberg News. Inflation was 4.15 percent in November.
