Envoys at United Nations climate talks are likely to agree a series of measures helping nations adapt to global warming, according to the diplomat leading talks.

Christiana Figueres, executive secretary of the UN Framework on Climate Change, said the measures will be included in a draft text of “a least 100 pages” suggesting conclusions from the meeting in Durban, South Africa. The text will be issued tomorrow. The meeting finishes on Dec. 9.
