Former Olympus Corp. President Michael C. Woodford was asked to return for a second interview by U.S. investigators -- this time including the Securities and Exchange Commission -- in a federal probe of hundreds of millions of dollars in advisory fees paid by the Japanese company, a person familiar with the matter said.
