Grain cargoes exported from the French port of Rouen, Europe’s biggest cereal-shipping hub, rose 1.8 percent in the week ended yesterday to a seven-month high as Morocco took the most wheat in more than a year.

Outbound grain shipments were 223,966 metric tons of wheat from Nov. 10 to Nov. 16, the most since the last week of March, and up from 219,989 metric tons a week ago, the Seine River port said today in an e-mailed report.
