Oct. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Along with jobs, raising taxeson the rich is one of things the Wall Street protestersfeel strongly about, as Andrew Cuomo, the Democraticgovernor of New York, is learning all too well.

Cuomo has become a target for activists because he’srefusing to fight to extend a state-tax surcharge on thewealthy that expires soon. Cuomo’s insistence on protectingthe rich is causing fellow Democrats to ask whether he hasforgotten that he stands for workers.
