Venezuela Sees $50 a Barrel Oil for 2012 Budget, Panorama Says

Venezuela will calculate its budget for 2012 based on an average price for Venezuelan crude oil of $50 a barrel, Panorama reported, citing Ricardo Sanguino, President of the Finance Commission at the National Assembly.

The budget is in its final phase of calculation, the Maraciabo-based daily cited Sanguino as saying. Venezuela calculated this year’s budget based on an average price of $40 a barrel.
