Vestel Beyaz Buys Brands From Italy’s Merloni, Hurriyet Reports

Vestel Beyaz Esya Sanayi & Ticaret AS, a Turkish household appliances maker owned by Zorlu Holding AS, acquired four brands from Italy’s Antonio Merloni SpA, Hurriyet reported, citing Vestel Deputy Chief Executive Turan Erdogan.

The company, which bought the Servis, Electra, Atlantic and New Pool home appliance brands, plans to raise annual exports to $1 billion a year in three years from a forecast $750 million this year, the Istanbul-based newspaper said.
