Segro, Aviva Raise $643 Million Loan for APP Fund, CoStar Says

Airport Property Partnership, the venture between Segro Plc and Aviva Investors, raised a 400 million-pound ($643 million) senior loan backed by its real estate, CoStar Group said, citing people familiar with the deal.
HSBC Holdings Plc led a group of five banks making the loan, which refinances debt that was maturing, CoStar, a real estate information service, reported. Aside from HSBC, the new lenders are Barclays Plc, Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc, BNP Paribas SA, Credit Agricole SA and Banco Santander SA, it said.
