Zinc Stockpile Orders Rise for Fourth Day on Increases in U.S.

Orders to remove zinc from stockpiles monitored by the London Metal Exchange climbed for a fourth day on increases in the U.S.
The orders, known as canceled warrants, rose 2,275 metric tons, or 12 percent, to 20,600 tons today, daily LME figures showed. That extended the four-day jump to 71 percent. Gains came in Long Beach, California, and New Orleans. Zinc inventories declined for a fourth day, falling 325 tons to 867,750 tons.
