Ormat Wins Partial Guarantee for $350 Million Geothermal Project

Ormat Technologies Inc. (ORA) said in a statement that a unit won a conditional commitment from the U.S. government to partially guarantee as much as $350 million in loans for a geothermal power project in Nevada. The subsidiary, Ormat Nevada Inc., received an offer of conditional commitment from the Department of Energy, according to the statement.
