U.S. Home Price Index Fell 2.5% in First Quarter of This Year

U.S. home prices fell 2.5 percent in the first quarter of this year, compared to the fourth quarter of last year, accordng to the Federal Housing Finance Agency’s seasonally adjusted purchase-only home price index.
