Potash Corp. Disputes Mosaic Decision on Canada Mine Accord

Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan Inc., the world’s largest fertilizer producer, said it will take “all necessary steps” to compel Mosaic Co. to continue supplying potash under a so-called tolling accord.
Mosaic, North America’s second-largest producer of potash, said in a statement yesterday it’s no longer obliged to produce about 1 million metric tons a year of the crop nutrient at cost for Potash Corp.
