Liberia Mercenaries Pillage in Western Ivory Coast, AFP Says

Hundreds of mercenaries from Liberia are raping, pillaging and killing in Ivory Coast’s western Guiglo region, Agence France-Presse reported, citing Jacques Franquin, a spokesman for the UN’s refugee agency.
