Twitter Inc., the social-networking site that lets users share 140-character messages, has resolved the difficulties some people were having when they tried to use its services.

“Access to all features for all users is restored,” the San Francisco-based company said on a blog devoted to the site’s status. Some users may have had difficulties performing actions such as posting messages on the service, either through Twitter’s own site or outside services, the company said.
