Petroleos Mexicanos, the state-owned oil company, reopened one Gulf of Mexico oil export terminal today and kept two others closed amid adverse weather.
The terminal at the port of Coatzacoalcos reopened earlier today, Mexico’s Merchant Marine said in a weather bulletin on its website. The port of Cayo Arcas, which was reported as open by the Merchant Marine in a 10 a.m. bulletin, is now closed, according to its 4 p.m. statement. The terminal of Dos Bocas has been shut since Feb. 2, the agency reported.
