Conoco Reports Leak, Coker Fire at Rodeo Refinery

ConocoPhillips said a “small pump fire” on a coker unit was extinguished yesterday at its Rodeo refinery in California.
“There were no injuries or offsite impacts,” Rich Johnson, a company spokesman, said in an e-mail. He declined to say if any units were shut, if production was curtailed or if there was any damage to the refinery.
