Billionaire Stanley Ho may take legal action against some family members over a dispute on control of the parent of SJM Holdings Ltd., his lawyer Gordon Oldham, the senior partner of Oldham, Li & Nie, said.

Should the dispute not be settled within 48 hours, Ho may lodge a civil suit in the High Court of Hong Kong, Oldham said by phone today.
