Actividades de Construccion y Servicios SA today began a court trial in Spain against Iberdrola SA to force the biggest traded wind-energy producer to give board seats to the construction company.

It’s one of a number of cases that Madrid-based ACS, Iberdrola’s biggest shareholder and the world’s largest builder by profit, is bringing over the issue, said spokesmen for both companies who declined to be named, citing their companies’ policies. They said it’s unclear how long the case will last.
