Russian oil producers halted deliveries to Belarus as pricing negotiations drag on, Vedomosti reported, citing Marina Kostyuchenko, a spokeswoman for Belneftekhim, the Belarusian oil company.

Shipments to Europe are continuing as normal and Belarusian refineries have sufficient crude supplies to last to the end of the month, the newspaper said, citing Kostyuchenko.
