Goldman Sachs Says Fed to End QE2, U.S. Yields to Rise in 2011

The Federal Reserve will end its second round of quantitative easing on schedule in June and benchmark Treasury yields will increase this year, Goldman Sachs Group Inc. said in a report.

Benchmark 10-year U.S. yields will climb to 3.75 percent by year-end, Goldman economists led by Jan Hatzius in New York wrote in the report yesterday, from 3.29 percent now.
