Anel Enerji to Set Up Solar Panel Company With Austria’s Kioto

Anel Elektrik Proje Taahhut & Ticaret AS and Anel Telekomunikasyon Elektronik Sistemleri Sanayi & Ticaret AS said their unit signed an accord to with Austria’s Kioto Photovoltaics GmbH to set up a joint company to make solar panels in Turkey.
The unit Anel Enerji Elektrik Uretim Sanayi & Ticaret AS and Kioto will have equal stakes in the company which will have an annual 60 megawatts solar panel production capacity, Anel Elektrik and Anel Telekomunikasyon said in statements to the Istanbul Stock Exchange today.
