Shanghai Chaori to Invest $15.8 Million for Solar Expansion

Shanghai Chaori Solar Energy Science & Technology Co., a Chinese maker of solar products, will invest $15.83 million for two joint ventures and a production plant.
The company will invest $6.81 million for a 80 percent stake in a joint venture with Greenleaf-TNX Management LLC in the U.S., Shanghai Chaori said today in a filing to the Shenzhen’s stock exchange. The venture, named as TNX Clear Skies I LLC, will invest in and develop solar power projects.
