China Sunergy Wins 120-Megawatt Solar Power Contract in Italy

China Sunergy Co., a manufacturer of solar power cells, won a contract to supply 120 megawatts of modules to Ecoware SpA for projects in Italy.

China Sunergy will make the first deliveries this year and expects to complete the order in the third quarter of next year, the Nanjing, China-based company said today in a statement. China Sunergy said it has won orders for 600 megawatts of modules for delivery during 2011.
