Macquarie Funds Get $350 Million Loan to Buy Czech Broadcaster

Macquarie Group Ltd.’s infrastructure funds hired three banks to arrange 6.6 billion Czech koruna ($350 million) of loans to acquire Czech broadcasting provider Ceske Radiokomunikace AS.
Part of the debt will be syndicated to a wider group of lenders, according to a statement from underwriters BNP Paribas SA, ING Groep NV and Raiffeisen Bank International AG. Societe Generale SA has already joined the transaction as an arranger, according to the statement.
