Lotos Agrees to Buy Remainder of Lithuania’s Geonafta

Grupa Lotos SA, Poland’s second-largest oil refiner, signed a deal to raise its 41 percent stake in Lithuanian oil producer AB Geonafta to 100 percent for an undisclosed amount, Lotos said in an e-mailed statement today.

The acquisition was financed with a bank loan and has to be cleared by the Lithuanian antitrust regulator, Lotos said.
