Hong Kong’s Town Planning Board rejected an application from Henderson Land Development Co. for three more years to revise plans for a project in a wetland area, Radio-Television Hong Kong reported.

Henderson’s most recent plan for the site in the city’s Nam Sang Wai district, submitted in September, was unacceptable because it was “vastly” different from what was originally approved, the government broadcaster said on its website today, citing Amy Cheung, a district planning officer.
