Holder Says Terrorism by Freed Detainees a Concern

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder said terrorist acts by freed detainees, while declining, are still troubling.
“Any indications of recidivism are of concern,” he said today at an event in Washington, in response to a report on detainees returning to the battlefield.
